Duties & Responsibilities

  • Inputting customer orders through our inventory management system.
  • Answering customer sales enquiries and queries via phone and email.
  • Assisting with ad hoc administration duties.

Key Skills & Knowledge

  • Previous experience in a sales / office administration role preferred but not essential.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs including Word and Excel.
  • Strong communication and social skills, with an ability to build positive relationships with colleagues and customers.
  • Highly organised and able to manage multiple tasks.
